We've always struggled with the idea of age appropriate chores. Our house is by no means sparkling, but we do encourage our kiddos to pick up after themselves. We encourage it A LOT. Repeatedly. Several times a day. I'm wondering if a chore chart like the one on The Flanders Family blog might be a place to start.
So I'm putting this out there to the community: what chores do you have your 4-year-olds and 9-year-olds doing? I'm curious.
